  • All auctions are final. Bids cannot be retracted.

The Auction is a great opportunity available through Visibility Magazine connecting those searching for internet marketing products and services directly to the product and service providers. If you are looking to enter the world of marketing on the internet, The following are the rules and guidelines associated with the Visibility Magazine Auctions. All auction items listed are to be internet marketing products and services.

  • Visibility will charge 15% of the closing bid price to the seller.
  • All items must be approved by Visibility Magazine before it is listed in the auction.
  • All auctions are final. The credit card of the winning bidder will be charged upon the completion of the auction. There are no refunds.
  • At the completion of the auction contact information will be provided to both parties to setup delivery of the product or service.
  • The completion of the auctions signifies a contract between the winning bidder and the product or service provider. Visibility Magazine cannot be held liable for any breach of contract by either party.
