This masterclass will ensure that you fully understand how to identify risk, requirements and deliverables when you are negotiating a first or second generation outsourcing contract. Rebekah Flaherty, senior associate at DLA Piper and veteran of multiple high value outsourcing contract negotiations including the UK's NEST pension scheme and a £300M contract for a UK retail bank, will also show you best practice in probity and governance and examine the most common models currently used; showing you how each should be used to maximum effect and under what circumstances they can best operate. This is not a generic negotiation skills workshop, but is specifically designed for the needs of senior project managers tasked with outsourcing operations.
