• William Verbist - Managing Partner, Creative Director - Digital Experience Contact This Executive

  William is an interactive creative who has crafted engaging digital experiences for some of the world’s largest and most recognized brands for the past 11 years. After graduating from Pratt Institute in New York City, he honed his craft and built his early career primarily in print, branding and package design. Expanding his expertise during the “dot-com” boom, he zoomed to the forefront of the new digital/ interactive world and has never looked back. Throughout his career, William has been involved in numerous award-winning projects including the complete realignment of MyMerrill. This client-facing website for Merrill Lynch customers began a new era of transactional-based websites in the financial services industry. Later he spearheaded the digital launch of AstraZeneca’s Onglyza and Vimovo for fullservice digital healthcare agency Blue Diesel, where he also earned accolades for his efforts in launching Merck’s new international drug Tredaptive. He rounded out his digital expertise at Verizon Wireless as the Creative Director for the Mobile Device User Experience team. Verbist’s experience, built both on the client and agency sides, covers B-to-B and consumer communications in business categories ranging from financial services to mobile communications to healthcare. Along the way, he’s proven to be a strong problem solver, and has earned a reputation in the interactive community for delivering creativity and quality that get results. He has a strong background in user experience, information architecture and technology and enjoys active involvement in the interactive and design community as well as teaching Digital Media at Pratt Institute.

  A seasoned developer, savvy technologist and strong strategic advisor, George most recently led a development team on multi-million dollar projects for Blue Diesel, a full service interactive healthcare agency. Under George’s leadership, the team earned a reputation for creating dynamic websites and mobile applications, pioneered the use of self-directed presentations, and architected and built successful Tablet PC- and iPad-based presentations for pharmaceutical giants including Merck and AstraZeneca. George previously functioned as lead developer on J&J’s Concerta brand, the company’s largest client, and was responsible for award-winning work on their Managed Care tool. Before joining Blue Diesel, George spent several years in the financial services industry and at traditional advertising agencies with responsibility for web and Flash development, building rich internet applications and developing CMS driven web properties.
